Tarsier Studios horror game was first announced in 2015 as “Hunger” before falling off the grid. After being silent for some time, the team revealed that the game had a new name and publisher at E3 2016.
Little Nightmares is a side-scrolling horror platformer that focuses on classic childhood fears. The game follows a 9 year old girl named Six who has been trapped in The Maw, a strange dollhouse-like world.
The team behind Little Nightmares have just released a new trailer for the upcoming release. It shows Six fighting to survive in the world by moving obstacles and traversing the environment while sneaking past enemies. It’s a physics-based puzzle-platform game at heart while some scenes in the trailer are similar to Limbo.
A short web demo was released late last year and is still available. Little Nightmares looks to be an interesting horror puzzle-platformer and will be released on April 28th. It will be available for gamers on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
