Frontier Developments have announced their Spring plans for Planet Coaster. According to the developer, the next big update will be released on April 11th later this year.
The free update will include some new rollercoasters and three new flatrides. The developers have also confirmed that they will be adding a Go-Kart ride with this update. According to GameSpot, players will be able to create their own tracks for the ride.
While the names of the flatrides have been announced, images of them have not been released so far. It’s uncertain exactly what these three new flatrides are and hopefully the developer will release some image of them soon.
The biggest addition to Planet Coaster however seems to be the upcoming crime system. Pickpockets will be entering the park and attempt to steal from guests while unhappy guests may vandalize park scenery. To deal with this, players will need to invest in CCTV cameras and build a strong security staff to stop troublemakers.
Frontier Developments has confirmed that this update will be rolling out later this year. It’s possible that this update will contain more features and we will update you as the developer releases more information.
